A Sedona resident since 1978, Devin Johnston has a deep and intimate knowledge of Sedona and the surrounding Verde Valley. His familiarity with the area is invaluable when listing your home to sell, or looking for the right house to buy.

Devin started into real estate in 2008 when most realtors were looking for a window to jump out of, and had to work very hard in the industry to survive those lean and highly competitive times. He was a member of a Realtor team that listed and sold hundreds of foreclosure listings during the next four years. As a member of that team team Devin’s duties included giving Broker Price Opinion’s to Banks, he submitted over 500 of them during that time. This cemented Devin’s market knowledge and understanding of all areas of residential real estate.
