Hi, I’m Jan Bigelow – born and raised in Ohio, moving to AZ after 22 years in the Colorado Rockies.  Career paths in telecommunications and retail sales provided the professional skills necessary to support buyers & sellers with one of the most important financial decision of their lives, i.e. a real estate transaction.

Yes, there are different skills and expectations you should have of your Realtor.  To me, the relationship is a partnership and my job is to make a real estate transaction as smooth and transparent as possible.   You can only do that if you are committed to staying one step ahead of everyone in the transaction (…and I do…)   ensuring that clients are educated, protected, and informed.

It’s an honor to be part of Sedona’s top 20 producing agents, as well as the top 1% of Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty agents.

Personally, I find life in Northern AZ has much to offer; a fairly mild year-round climate gives us more outdoor time to enjoy hiking, swimming, mountain biking, and pickle ball.  Most mornings, you will find me out on the trail with my best friend Abby (a boxer-pit bull mix).  You will also hear my 3 rescued (tropical) birds in the background, when you call me at my home office.  Reading, film, and cooking are my other passions (to name a few) – – make sure you get invited to dinner !!

There is one truth that is the foundation of my integrity and success in business…and that is “People don’t care how much YOU know, until they know how much YOU CARE”.
