Dan Riordan is a native Arizonan whose career path began in concrete construction well over 40 years ago where after a few unfortunate injuries, lead him into to becoming a licensed real estate agent in 2004 to remain close to construction and to find a work environment that was not quite so physically demanding. As a brand-new agent and to acquire the basic skills as a reliable real estate agent, Dan started off in residential sales quickly rising within the ranks of the top 5% in production nationally in 2006-2007. His true passion remained anchored in construction so when Dan began feeling that somethingwas missing in his career, he began focusing on specializing in land development. This exciting and challenging new specialty led to a chance meeting with a top-tier Arizona Developer and the rest is
history where since 2012, Dan “dove in head-first” into residential & commercial new construction and has never looked back. He continues to serve as Designated Broker for one of Arizona’s top, privately held
builders and has held the titles of Sales Associate, Associate Broker, Designated Broker, simultaneously as Vice President of Operations, VP Marketing, VP Sales and recently secured the FAA Pilot’s Certification adding Drone Operations Manager to the list. Some of Dan’s main passions begin first with an incredible marriage of over 30 years, his 2 children, 3 grandchildren, extensive family, real estate, and necessarily in that order. A few hobbies include his Jeep TJ/JK/YJ/ and CJ models, minerology, aerial photogrammetry, LiDAR digital mapping, photography, custom personal computer builds, and computer networking. Dan remains quite selective regarding his agency relationship choices and seems to enjoy most revealing tangible benefits of 21 st century construction along with the amazing new materials and methods that allow for a significantly healthier and energy wise home, business, investment property, and office environments.
