Debb Carl ABR and Airen Sapp ABR have been residents of Sedona for over 28 years and are successful real estate agents selling real estate in Sedona. Their first Brokerage was with Century 21 Metro Alliance. And on her first year Debb was awarded “Rookie of the Year” outselling all new agents in the brokerage. Quickly thereafter, she and her partner Airen Sapp were named top ten sales people with Century 21. After leaving Century 21, Debb and Airen decided to move to RE/MAX Sedona, which is where they are today. Within their first year at RE/MAX Sedona, 2008, the two were named the 5th highest in sales for the entire SW Region of RE/MAX for the month of October. By the end of the year Debb and Airen were also awarded the 100% Club status, and locally, among over 600 realtors, were named in the top 20 in sales. They have continued to be ranked with the top agents in Sedona and the Verde Valley. Although they represent both Sellers and Buyers, they both hold the designation of Accredited Buyers Representatives, ABR.
