Karen Dunlap has been on top of the local Sedona Real Estate market for over 30 years.  She’s involved in all areas of real estate: residential,commercial, investment properties, development, and building. Her husband Kevin was Sedona’s first City Manager and is now a residential general contractor specializing in building custom green homes in Sedona.

Karen has been the leading Realtor at Coldwell Banker in Sedona for 20+ years, gaining the Top Listing Agent and Top Selling Agent awards almost every year. She’s a multiple President’s Circle/President’s Elite Award winner for Coldwell Banker (top 1% of agents nationwide) and founding member of the Sedona Luxury Real Estate Professionals group.  She’s also on the Sedona Verde Valley Association of Realtors Fair Housing board and currently teaches Fair Housing classes to new agents annually.

Karen came to the Southwest over 35 years ago to attend Northern Arizona University and has been selling properties in the Sedona area for over 30 years. This extensive experience has allowed her to gain the level of market knowledge and expertise that clients expect from their Realtor.
