Originally from Vermont, Tom & Erika moved to the Verde Valley in 2003 with their two young daughters. Through a leap of faith, not only did the couple move cross county, but Tom decided to leave his law enforcement career to start a career in real estate.  Because of his outgoing and friendly personality, Tom quickly became a successful agent in the business.  He has since obtained his Associate Broker’s License.

Erika’s background was primarily as a paralegal until having children.  Once their daughters reached school age, she dedicated herself to homeschooling them through high school.  After their daughters were off to university, Erika obtained her real estate license to help Tom with his growing business.

Today the couple works as a team, each bringing their strengths to their business.  Tom’s 16 years of experience, infectious personality, and extensive knowledge in all aspects of the escrow process have grown his repeat client base.  His customer service to his clients is top of the line.  Erika brings her organizational skills to their business, primary handling the paperwork and behind the scenes duties.
